Arrest Made Following Marijuana Investigation

image001On April 12, 2013, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Community Policing Unit completed a week long investigation into the alleged sale of marijuana on Bridgeham Avenue. Officers arrested Roger Lovin, 58 of Milford, and charged him with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, Possession of a Weapon in a Safe School Zone, two counts of Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of a Prescription without a Required Prescription, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Lovin was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $52,200.00 secured bail.
