The Be Great 5k Run/Walk, held on Saturday, June 8 at the Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club, was planned and facilitated by a committee composed of Mark Carter, Brad Dennehy and Jon Lobiando along with a group of local volunteers. With 78 racers finishing the 5K and two dozen children participating in the Kids races, the event was a great success to kick off Kids Fest.  All monies raised through the Be Great 5K Run/Walk will be matched by The Boys & Girls Club of Delaware.
