Offensive Touching and Breach of Release

B. WorthyOn Wednesday, June 12, the Milford Police arrested and charged a 27yo, Bridgeville man stemming from a domestic dispute that occurred in the parking lot of Valley Run Apartments on Friday, May 10, 2013. Bruce E. Worthy Jr. was charged with Offensive Touching and Breach of Release (Violation of a No Contact Order). According to police, on May 10 Worthy approached the 23yo female victim in the parking lot of Valley Run Apartments. A verbal dispute ensued and led to Worthy striking the victim in the face. Worthy then fled the scene prior to police arrival. The female victim was not injured in this incident. Police state that Worthy had already been court ordered not to have any contact with the 23yo female victim following a previous domestic dispute between the two. Worthy was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of a secured bond (total amount not available at the time of this release).
