Man Arrested For Theft, Offensive Touching

D. FullmanOn Thursday, June 19 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 20 yo Milford man in connection with an incident that occurred on the evening of 6/17/13 in the area of North St at NW 2nd St. Dasmen D. Fullman was arrested and charged with Theft Under $1500 and Offensive Touching. According to police, investigation revealed that Fullman was involved in a verbal dispute with the 20yo female victim while traveling in a vehicle together. The dispute continued and became physical as they exited the vehicle. Fullman then pushed the 20yo female victim and removed a personal item from her and fled with it on foot prior to police arrival. Fullman was arraigned through JP2 and released on $1000 unsecured bond.
