D HarringtonOn Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9, the Milford Police Department arrested a 20yo Dover man stemming from domestic disputes that occurred on Sunday, June 6, Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9. Police arrested Deshawn Q. Harrington and charged him with Assault 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief Under $1000, Breach of Release (2 counts), Harassment, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree (2 counts).

According to police, initially on Sunday, June 9 the Milford Police responded to a residence on Allen Way in Brightway Commons Apartment Complex after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Police state that upon arriving, they made contact with the 21yo female victim and investigation revealed that Harrington and the 21yo female victim got into a verbal dispute that turned physical. The investigation revealed that during the dispute Harrington punch the female victim in the face and stomach causing minor injuries. Harrington then fled the residence prior to police arrival. The female victim did not receive medical treatment.

On Monday, July 8, the Milford Police received information that Harrington responded back to the apartment complex and was at the residence. Harrington had been banned from the property after the incident on Sunday, June 6, Monday. Harrington was located on foot by police on a nearby street and was taken into custody. Harrington was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond. On Tuesday, July 9, the Milford Police responded back to the residence on Allen Way at Brightway Commons Apartment Complex after receiving a report that Harrington was in the residence. As police arrived, Harrington fled out of a window in the residence. Harrington was later located on foot and taken into custody by Milford Police. Police later discovered that Harrington was actually at the residence on Monday, July 8 prior to police arrival and his apprehension on a nearby street. Harrington was charged on Tuesday, July 9, for being on the property on Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9. Harrington was arraigned and released after posting bond. Harrington
