A WhiteOn Wednesday, July 10 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 31yo Frederica man stemming from a domestic dispute that occurred in the parking lot of a business in the 500 block of South Dupont Hwy on the night of June 24, 2013. Antonio E. White was charged with Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon (Firearm), Possession of a Firearm by Person Prohibited and Aggravated Menacing. On June 24, Milford Police state that they responded to the parking lot of the aforementioned business after receiving a call of a possible robbery in progress. Once police arrived and made contact with the 37yo female victim, it was revealed that it was a domestic dispute that had taken place and White had already fled the scene along with two other female suspects prior to police arrival. Police state that investigation revealed that White had responded to the business along with two other female suspects and made contact with the 37yo female victim. A verbal altercation ensued between White and the 37yo female victim. During this time, White pulled a handgun out and pointed it at the female victim. According to police, White then walked away as two female suspects, that had accompanied White, began to assault the 37yo female victim. White was arraigned and released on $13,000 unsecured bond. The 37yo female victim did not receive medical treatment from the incident. This investigation is still ongoing and additional arrest may be made.
