Aggravated Menacing and Carrying Deadly Weapon

M. RoblesOn September 3, 2013, the Milford Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of S. Washington St after receiving a report of a person armed with a handgun. Upon arriving, Police made contact with the 49yo male victim. Police state that investigation revealed that Mario Robles, 33yo of Milford, was armed with what appeared to be a handgun and had pointed it at the 49yo male victim during a verbal dispute inside the residence. Robles was arrested and charged with Aggravated Menacing and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. The weapon was revealed to be a CO2 style bb gun that looked like a real handgun. Robles was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $6,000 secured bond.
