Endangering Welfare Child

On September 30,2013, the Milford Police responded to a domestic dispute at a residence located in Lassen Ct in the Cascades Development. Upon Police arrival, the suspect, identified as Clifford L. Fowler, 42yo of Bridgeville, had already fled the scene. Police state that investigation revealed that Fowler went to the 22yo female victim’s residence in to take his 2yo child. When the 22yo female victim answered the door, Fowler allegedly pushed the female victim out of the way and entered the residence and attempted to take the 2yo child from the residence but was unsuccessful and fled. Fowler was later apprehended Milford Police when he was stopped on foot on a nearby street. Fowler also had active capiases out of various courts. Fowler was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $7,000 secured bond.
