Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass

D. Wood SrOn September 22, 2013 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 56yo Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred hours earlier at Walmart Department Store. David R Wood Sr. was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree. According to police, detectives discovered that Wood had been sitting in one of the stalls in Walmart Department Store men’s bathroom for over 2 hours. During this time, Wood placed his head up underneath the opening at the bottom of the stall on two separate occasions to watch the 10yo victim urinate in the urinal. Wood did this both times the victim used the men’s bathroom. After the second time, a parent of the victim contacted Walmart Security and the Milford Police Department. Wood was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond.
