Ronnier Elmore was apprehended by the US Marshalls with the assistance of the Milford Police Department at a residence in the 200 block of SE 2nd St on 9/26/13. Elmore was wanted out of the Milford Police Department for the two incidents listed above.
Elmore was charged, stemming from the Walmart incident (listed above), with Identity Theft, Forgery 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Unlawful Use of a Credit Card (2 counts) and Receiving Stolen Property Under $1500. Elmore was also charged, stemming from the incident at the business located at 200 N. Rehoboth Blvd, with Robbery 1st Degree (2 counts), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (3 counts), Possession of a Firearm by Person Prohibited, Assault 2nd Degree, Aggravated Menacing (3 counts), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree, Terroristic Threatening and Criminal Mischief Under $1000. According to police, investigation revealed that on the evening of June 26, 2013 Elmore, along with two other suspects entered the business and brandished a handgun. Police state, the suspects assaulted both front counter clerk and the deli clerk. Elmore struck the deli clerk several times with the handgun. Elmore and the other two suspects forced the front counter clerk to open the store safe and register where Elmore and the other two suspects removed a large amount of money, along with the wallet of one of the clerks and then fled the store on foot. Elmore was also wanted out of KCCP (2 times), JP2 (2 times) and JP6 on unrelated capiases. Elmore was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $346,000 secured bond total.

On September 10, 2013 the Milford Police took a 19yo Dover man into custody, stemming from two separate incidents that occurred on 7/5/13. One incident occurred at Walmart Department Store and the other at WAWA Store. Jamichael Peck was charged with Identity Theft, Forgery 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Unlawful Use of a Credit Card (5 counts) and Receiving Stolen Property Under $1500. Milford Police had previously arrested and charged Sawndale Auguste, 19yo of Bridgeville in connection with the same incident. He was also charged with Identity Theft, Forgery 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Unlawful Use of a Credit Card (2 counts) and Receiving Stolen Property Under $1500. The Milford Police Criminal Division now seeks Ronnier Elmore, 20yo of Dover in connection with the same incidents. Detectives have issued a warrant for the arrest of Elmore. According to police, investigation revealed that the 3 were in possession of a stolen credit card and used the credit card at both Walmart and WAWA stores multiple times in order to purchase merchandise. Peck was arraigned and released on $12,000 unsecured bond while Auguste was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of a secured bond. Elmore is described as a black male, 5’5 and 135 to 155 lbs. Elmore frequents the Dover, Milford and Camden areas.

The Milford Police are also seeking Elmore in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at a business located in the 200 block N. Rehoboth Blvd on 6/23/13. Detectives have issued a warrant for the arrest of Elmore in connection with the armed robbery.
