Hindering Prosecution and Felony Conspiracy

On September 28,2013 the Milford Police took a 38yo Milford woman into custody on outstanding warrants following a traffic stop. Tonia L. Mosley had outstanding warrants for her arrest from the Milford Police Criminal Division. Tonia Mosley was charged with Felony Hindering Prosecution and Felony Conspiracy 2nd Degree. This stems from an incident that occurred at a residence in the 200 block of SE 2nd St on 9/26/13. Police state that investigation revealed that both Tonia Mosley and Alivia Mosley harbored and hindered Milford Police from apprehending Ronnier Elmore for several months. Elmore was wanted on Armed Robbery charges, Assault charges, Firearm charges, Identity Theft charges, etc by the Milford Police Criminal Division. Elmore was apprehended while in the company of both Tonia Mosley and Alivia Mosley on 9/26/13 during an operation by the US Marshalls with the assistance of the Milford Police. Tonia Mosley was arraigned and released on $3000 unsecured bond. The Milford Police Criminal Division has an active warrant for the arrest of Alivia Mosley. She is described as a 20yo, light skinned black female, 5’2, 200 lbs. She is known to frequent the Milford and Dover areas.
