Gold Alert Issued For McMillan

Delaware State Police Issue Gold Alert

The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for Charde McMillan, 25, of Milford. She was last seen at 12:30 this morning in the unit block of Brandywine Road in Milford.

McMillan’s condition is such that there is a genuine concern for his safety and welfare.
