Criminal Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct

Offensive Touching, Criminal Trespass 3rd and Disorderly Conduct

On the evening of October 5, the Milford Police responded to a residence located in the 200 block of SE 2nd St in receiving a report of a person at the residence who was trespassing and being disorderly. Upon arriving, the Milford Police took a 26yo Milford woman into custody that was still on the property refusing to leave. The woman was identified as Tykisha F. Fullman. Police state that investigation revealed that Fullman responded to the residence in order to confront a resident there about an ongoing fued. Fullman was advised by residents several times to leave but refuse to do so. During this time, Fullman became irate and pushed the 16yo victim (resident) that was not involved in the ongoing fued. Fullman was charged with Offensive Touching, Criminal Trespass 3rd and Disorderly Conduct. Fullman was also wanted on active capiases out of JP7 and KCCP. Fullman was arraigned and released on $250 unsecured bond.
