Offensive Touching (2 counts), Terroristic Threatening (2 counts) and Criminal Impersonation

On the morning of October 5, the Milford Police responded to a residence located in the 200 block of N. Washington St. after receiving a report of a fight in progess. Upon arriving, Milford Police took a 36yo Milford Man into custody. The Milford man was later identified as Juan Gonzalez after Gonzalez had provided Police with a false name. Police state that investigation revealed that Gonzalez arrived at the residence already intoxicated and got into a verbal dispute with the 26yo and the 29yo victims. During the dispute, Gonzalez began punching both victims causing minor injury to both victims. Both victims refused medical treatment. Gonzalez was charged with Offensive Touching (2 counts), Terroristic Threatening (2 counts) and Criminal Impersonation. Gonzalez was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $2000 secured bond.
