Screen Shot 2013-10-23 at 8.33.47 AMOn October 22, 2013 the Milford Police Department Patrol Division arrested Tiffany Gainey (24) of Milford and Orlandra Burris (32) also of Milford. The two were arrested stemming from an incident that occurred at approx. 10:45 p.m. on September 12, 2013. According to police, the incident occurred in the 100 block of Lovers Lane where the victim, a 22 year old Felton woman drove the two women. Police state that the victim parked the car while one of the women got out to go get something from a nearby residence, while the other woman assaulted the victim forcing her to give her all of her money. The women then both fled the area on foot. Both Ms. Gainey and Ms. Burris were charged with Robbery 1st degree, Aggravated Menacing, Conspiracy 2nd degree, and offensive touching. Ms. Gainey was additionally charged with Possession of a deadly weapon. Ms. Gainey was committed to Baylor Womens correctional facility in lieu of $23,500 cash only bail. Ms. Burris was committed to Baylor Womens Correctional Facility in lieu of $13,500 cash only bond. Both were also issued a no contact order with the alleged victim.
