The Department of Transportation’s (DelDOT) Traffic Signal Construction Section in conjunction with Kriss Contracting Inc., is scheduled to erect a new traffic signal at the intersection of Route 30 and Wilkins Road in Milford. Daytime intermittent lane closures will begin on Monday, November 4 until Tuesday, November 12, for the installation of the new signal.
The new signal is scheduled to be activated to a flash operation on Thursday, November 7. After the morning rush on Tuesday, November 12, the signal will be converted to full “red-yellow-green” stop and go operation.
Variable Message signs (VMS) will advise motorists in advance of the new traffic pattern.
