Harassment and Breach of Release

sylOn December 4, 2013, the Milford Police arrested and charged a 45 yo Hartly man stemming from two domestic disputes that occurred on 12/4/13. Gordon T. Sylvester was charged with Harassment and Breach of Release (2 counts). Police state that investigation revealed that on December 4, 2013 Sylvester made contact with the 49yo female victim at a residence in the 400 block of SE Front St and then again later at the female victim’s place of employment. Sylvester had been court ordered both on November 19, 2013 and December 2, 2013 to have no contact with the female victim stemming from two prior domestic disputes. Sylvester was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $1200 secured bond.
