Police Seek Public Help In Theft Case

On January, 2 2014 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the unit block of West Clarke Avenue to a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. Investigation revealed during the overnight hours on January 1 and January 2 an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and removed a small amount of United States Currency. There has an increase in thefts from motor vehicles and the Milford Police Department would like to remind citizens to keep vehicle doors locked and parked in a well lit area when possible. The Milford Police Department’s Criminal Division is actively investigating these incidents and ask anyone with information on these crimes to contact 302.422.8081 or Crime Stoppers at 1.800.TIP.3333.
