Shoplifting Suspect Apprehended At Redner’s

image0011On January 5, 2014 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Redner’s in the 28000 block of Lexus Drive to a report of a shoplifting. Milford Police arrested Akeya Badger, 20 of Ellendale, after she was apprehended for attempting to remove food items from Redner’s. Police state that investigation also determined Ms. Badger was in possession of 1.2 grams of Marijuana and wanted by JP Court #4 in Seaford. Ms. Badger was taken into custody and transported to the Milford Police Department, where warrants were obtained. Ms. Badger was arraigned at JP Court #3 and later released on an unsecured bond. Ms. Badger was charged with Possession of Shoplifting Tools, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Shoplifting. Ms. Badger is scheduled for a Preliminary Hearing at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on 01.09.14.
