Wanted Person Arrest

On January 6, 2014 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to a residence in the 100 block of North Street to a report of a possible weapons crime. Police state that while conducting the investigation, officers contacted two subjects. Further investigation of these two individuals determined that the two both had active warrants out of various agencies. Perry L. Artis and Clifton O. Savage, both of Lincoln, were both taken into custody at the scene. Mr. Artis had active warrants out of Kent County Family Court, Sussex County Court of Common Pleas, Kent County Court of Common Pleas, Kent County Superior Court, and the Delaware State Police for Failing to Re-register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Savage was wanted by Sussex County Family Court, Kent County Court of Common Pleas, and Kent County Superior Court. Both were arraigned via videophone at JP C
