Terroristic Threatening

unnamedOn the afternoon of February 4, 2014, the Milford Police Patrol Division responded to a residence located in the 200 block of North St. after receiving a report of a male subject armed with a weapon and threatening residents. The male subject was identified as Roger O Scarborough, 57yo of Dover. Scarborough was taken into custody without incident. Police state that investigation revealed that Scarborough was in a verbal dispute with the 29yo female victim and the 32yo male victim. During the dispute, Scarborough retrieved a large knife and threatened to kill both the victims with the knife. The large knife was located and recovered by officers. Scarborough was charged with Aggravated Menacing (2 counts), Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited and Terroristic Threatening (2 counts). Scarborough was arraigned through JP2 and committed to SCI in default of $34,000 secured bond.
