Criminal Mischief Over $1000

Burglary 2nd Degree (2 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Reckless Burning Under $1500 and Criminal Mischief Over $1000 but less than $5000.

On February 16, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged 4 male juveniles in connection with an incident that occurred on February 10, 2014 and on other occasions at a residence located in the double digit block of Fisher Ave. All 4 male juveniles (ages 10, 11, 12 & 13) were charged with Burglary 2nd Degree (2 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Reckless Burning Under $1500 and Criminal Mischief Over $1000 but less than $5000. Police state that investigation revealed that the juveniles broke into the residence numerous times, set various items on fire throughout the residence (on different occasions) and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the interior of the residence. All juveniles were released on unsecured bond to the custody of their parents or guardians.
