Chamber Expo Plans in the Works

joBy Executive Director jo Schmeiser

The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford and Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is hosting the Annual Expo/Mixer set for Thursday, March 27. The event will be held at the Milford Senior Center, is free to attend and open to the public.

Event Chairperson Terri Favata, Manager of Coldwell Banker in Milford, says last year there were over 100 attendees, and this year she and Co-Chairperson Donna Stalvey, realtor at Coldwell Banker, expect even more people to attend the event. The third year of this event, Terri states that it continues to build momentum as they always see new faces each year.

As always, there are lots of great things planned for the evening. Over thirty vendors will provide information about the goods and services their business offer, and many vendors will also have giveaways at their table. Attendees are encouraged to visit each vendor and put in an entry to win. Vendors will have an opportunity to network from 4 to 5 p.m. and the event runs from 5 to 7 p.m.

Several chamber members have registered already, so if you are a CCGM member and want to participate, make sure to sign-up now before all the spaces are taken. Some of the businesses already registered are Origami Owl, Satterfield & Ryan, The Multi-Cultural Church, ParkLane Jewelry, Techno Goober, Larson’s Mower Shop, M & T Bank, Bayhealth and PartyLite. There are still vendor opportunities available, and it’s only $25.00 per spot (& a door prize).
Mr. BBQ, Burgers-N-Beans and Subway will be providing complimentary food and beverages and the chamber and Coldwell Banker will also be vendors. There will be a 50/50 drawing, upcoming chamber event announcements and lots of networking and fun. Bring a colleague, your spouse or a friend. Anyone who is interested in learning more about Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford businesses is encouraged to attend.
