Dolce Bakery of downtown Milford, located at 36 N. Walnut Street, brought home three ribbons in this year’s Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival. Taking First place in the Professional Brownie category was Dolce’s Stick-in-the-Mud Brownie. After three years at number 2, Dolce’s own, Gluten-Free Gooey Chocolate Cookie took First Place in the Professional Cookie Category. Taking Second place this year in the “Something Different” Category was their Chocolate Buttercake. All pastries, are professionally made from scratch at Dolce everyday by bakers George Carroll and Erin Stayton. This is the fourth year that Dolce has brought ribbons home to Milford from the Chocolate Festival.
