Cruise Nights To Begin In April

1Staff Report

Burgers-N-Beans in Milford will once again be hosting a Cruise Night every Wednesday night, 5pm to 8 pm from April through October. Building on the success they had last year doing one Cruise Night per month, Johnston thought it was time to expand.

“Lets take it to the next level and have a Cruise Night every Wednesday, featuring a different Club each week,” said Bruce. Over the past several months, Johnston has met with different car and bike clubs to assemble a diverse group that will be featured this year.

“What we have put together is truly unique, I’m not sure that any other business around has attempted to sponsor a different club each week,” said Johnston. “They may host a Cruise Night every week, but not a different club each week.”

Cruise Nights are not only open to the sponsored club, but open to the public. Anyone can bring their car, bike or trike to any Cruise Night and are encouraged to do so. Burgers-N-Beans will have music, picnic tables and games as all car and bike participants will receive a wristband upon arrival for 10% off their meal. A Sponsor’s Trophy will be awarded at every Cruise Night, along with a Free Meal Drawing for car and bike participants. Parking is available on the grass or asphalt in front of the business.

The organizations involved in Burgers-N-Beans Wednesday Cruise Night include, in order of each week, Historic Vintage Car Club Of Delaware, Southern Delaware Street Rod Association, Beachcombers Corvette Club Of Southern Delaware, American Legion Rider (Bikes & Trikes) and Defiant Auto Club. For more information, individuals can visit www.burgersnbeans.com or stop in to Burgers-N-Beans located at 907 North Dupont Blvd, Milford, DE.
