Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree

5Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree, Terroristic Threatening (2 counts), Harassment and Criminal Mischief Under $1000.

On the night of April 7,2014, the Milford Police responded to a residence located at Mispillion Apartments after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Police state that investigation revealed that the 23yo female victim had been threatened by a 27yo Milford man, later identified as Jemel Burch. According to police, Burch had threatened to do bodily harm to the 23yo female victim and damage her property numerous times. Burch arrived at the residence of the female victim and forcefully attempted to gain entry through the door. Burch was unsuccessful in gaining entry into the residence. Burch was arrested and charged with Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree, Terroristic Threatening (2 counts), Harassment and Criminal Mischief Under $1000. Burch was arraigned and later released after posting bond.
