On April 21,2014, the Milford Police arrested and charged a 34yo Milford woman stemming from an incident that took place on April 10,2014 outside a residence in the 900 block of SE Front St. Gwen Passwaters was charged with Harassment and Criminal Mischief Under $1000. Police state that investigation revealed that Passwaters kicked the vehicle of the 35yo male victim, causing damage to the vehicle. Passwaters also continuously sent unwanted text messages to the victim after being told to stop. Passwaters was arraigned and released on $1,000 unsecured bond.
