p1Terroristic Threatening and Resisting Arrest

On the afternoon of April 21,2014 the Milford Police responded to a residence in the 800 block of 3rd St after receiving a report of a verbal dispute. Police state that investigation revealed that Alexis Fasold, 27yo of Ellendale was involved in a verbal dispute with a 32yo female victim. During the dispute Fasold threatened to do bodily harm to the female victim numerous times. Fasold attempted to avoid police by hiding inside the residence. Police located Fasold hiding underneath a baby’s crib. Fasold was taken into custody and charged with Terroristic Threatening and Resisting Arrest. Fasold was arraigned and was committed to WCI in default of a secured bond (amount not available at the time of this release) due to numerous outstanding capiases.
