Assault 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct

p4On April 27, 2014, the Milford Police arrested and charged a 18yo Harrington man stemming from an incident that occurred hours earlier at a residence in the 100 block of NE 4th St. Caleb Grant was charged with Assault 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Police state that investigation revealed that Grant grabbed the 26yo male victim and headbutted him. Grant then pushed the victim off of the front porch of the residence. The victim suffered injuries to the face arms and legs as a result of this incident (the victim requested to seek medical treatment on his own). Grant was arraigned and released on $600 unsecured bond.
