p3Criminal Mischief under $1000, Disorderly Conduct and Breach of Release

On April 26, 2014 the Milford Police responded to the parking lot of GameStop store after receiving a report of a disorderly subject in the parking lot. Upon arriving, police made contact with the 52yo male victim and were advised that the disorderly subject had fled. Police later located the disorderly subject and she was identified as Rebecca Bennett, 32yo of Milford. Police state that investigation revealed that Bennett struck the victim’s vehicle, causing damage and then attempted to get the victim to exit his vehicle so that she could do bodily harm to him. At the time of Bennett’s arrest, she was in her vehicle with another female subject in which Bennett had a “no contact order” with stemming from a previous unrelated incident. Bennett was charged with Criminal Mischief under $1000, Disorderly Conduct and Breach of Release. Bennett was arraigned and released on $1500 unsecured
