On April 27,2014, the Milford Police arrested and charged a 21yo Milford man stemming from incidents that occurred on January 13, 2014. Kyle Schurman was charged with Unlawful Use of Credit Card (3 counts) and Theft By False Pretense (3counts). According to police, investigation revealed that Schurman used the 18yo female victim’s ATM/ Debit card to make withdrawals from her bank account 3 separate times. Police came in contact with Schurman on 4/27/14 while on foot at Airpark Plaza. Schurman attempted to provide police with a false name. Schurman was also charged with Criminal Impersonation. Schurman was arraigned and released on $3000 unsecured bond.
