1Interference with 911 communications, Terroristic Threatening, Criminal Mischief Under $1000, Offensive Touching and Breach of Release

On May 5, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 28yo Milford man stemming from a domestic incident that occurred at a residence in the 200 block of SE 2nd St. John C. Craft was charged with Interference with 911 communications, Terroristic Threatening, Criminal Mischief Under $1000, Offensive Touching and Breach of Release. Police state that investigation revealed that Craft was in a verbal dispute with the 47yo female victim. During the dispute Craft threatened to kill the female victim and struck the victim as she attempted to dial 911. Craft had a “no contact order” against him and was not allowed to have contact with the female victim stemming from another domestic incident that occurred in April of 2014. Craft was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $1500 secured bond. The female victim did require medical treatment.
