Disorderly Conduct Investigation w/ Arrest

On June 3, 2014 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Chinatown Buffet in the Milford Plaza to a report of disorderly customers. Upon arrival officers contacted the 17 year old male, who was yelling and cursing loudly. The 17 year old male was taken into custody after several attempts were made to get him to cease his behavior. According to police, as the officers were taking the 17 year old male into custody, the 12 year old female and 15 year old male began to loudly curse at the officers. After attempts were made to get the pair to cease their behavior, officers attempted to take the 12 year old female into custody. Police state that the 12 year old female threw multiple punches, striking the officer in the chest twice. At that time the 15 year old male attempted to intervene while officers attempted to take the 12 year old female into custody. The 12 year old female was charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Offensive Touching of a Law Enforcement Officer. The 12 year old female was arraigned at JP Court #2, where bond was set at $1,750 secured. The 12 year old female was committed to People’s Place in Milford. The 15 year old male was charged with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct and released to a parent. The 17 year old male was charged with Resisting Arrest and released to a parent.
