Screen Shot 2014-06-26 at 8.02.57 AMOn June 24, 2014 shortly after midnight, the Milford Police responded to the 300 block of S. Walnut St after receiving a report of a traffic accident. Upon arriving Police made contact with an intoxicated 39yo man. The man was later identified as Chad Good of Lincoln. Police state that the investigation at the scene revealed that Good had been operating a vehicle on S. Walnut St., while intoxicated, and struck a parked vehicle. Good was arrested and charged with Felony 3rd Offense DUI, Driving while Suspended / Revoked and other traffic charges. Good was also wanted on an active capias out of KCCP. Good was arraigned through JP3 and was committed to SCI in default of $1783.00 secured bond.
