Two Arrested In Drugs & Narcotics Investigation

The Milford Police Department Drugs & Narcotics Division completed a two day operation (6/24/14 and 6/25/14) with the arrested of a 46yo Milford man and a 43yo Greenville, North Carolina man. Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division was assisted by the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit, Dover Police, DEA Agents and Delaware State Police S.O.R.T Team with the investigation and apprehension of the two men. Multiple search warrants were executed at a residence located on Marshall St and on vehicles. Darrin E. Johnson, of Milford, was charged with Possession of Marijuana (excess of 5,000 grams), Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited, Endangering the Welfare of Child (3 counts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bobby Eric Jackson, of Greenville, North Carolina, was charged with Possession of Marijuana (excess of 5,000 grams), Possession of Cocaine (excess of 25 grams), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) and Possession with the Intent to Deliver. Johnson was arraigned and released on $42,000 unsecured bond. Jackson was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $176,000 secured bond. During the searches detectives seized 2 vehicles, over $4,400 in United States Currency, 12 lbs of Marijuana, 2 ounces of Cocaine, 2 handguns & ammunition, etc.
