DE Hospice 5K Breaks Records

The 2014 Delaware Hospice 5K broke all records. All together, 296 participants, more than 100 spectators, 50 volunteers, and 30 sponsors helped raise more than $15,000 to benefit Delaware Hospice’s programs and services.

Race organizer Peggy Dolby, Associate Director of Development, said, “I was overwhelmed by the turnout and support of everyone at this year’s event—it was unbelievable! I can’t wait for next year, when we make it even bigger.”

Susan Lloyd, President and CEO, expressed her appreciation on behalf of Delaware Hospice to all participants and particularly to the generous event sponsors, including Presenting Sponsor NRG, and sponsors.
