Menacing and Disorderly Conduct

3On August 5, 2014 at approx. 1:11 am the Milford Police responded to the WAWA convenience store located in the 900 block of N. Dupont Blvd after receiving a report of a disorderly male threatening the manager at the store. Upon arriving the Milford Police made contact with Charles L. Bradley, 51yo of Milford. Police state that investigation revealed that Bradley became disorderly and irate in the store when he attempted to pay for food and did not have enough money. Bradley displayed aggressive behavior toward the store manager and confronted the manager face to face as if he was going to physically strike the manager. Bradley also began yelling profanities while in the store. Bradley continued do be disorderly and uncooperative to the Milford Police as he was being taken into custody. Police state that it was revealed that Bradley was also intoxicated with a .20% BAC. Bradley was arrested and charged with Menacing and Disorderly Conduct. Bradley was arraigned and later released on $2000 unsecured bond.
