On August 7, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 25yo Dover woman in connection with an incident that occurred on July 30,2014 at Walmart Department Store. Lynzee A. Walls was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500 and Possession of Shoplifters Tools. Police state that investigation revealed that Walls entered Walmart Department store put merchandise in her cart and then bagged merchandise with bags she already possessed and removed merchandise from the store without paying for them. Walls was arraigned and was released after posting $3000 secured bond.
