Possession With Intent To Deliver

On August 8, 2014 the Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division with the assistance of the Milford Police Criminal Division, Milford Police Patrol Division along with the assistance of the DEA, Laurel Police, Georgetown Police and Harrington Police executed multiple search warrants at residences located on S. Washington St. and Mispillion Apartments. This concluded a lengthy investigation conducted by detectives from the Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division. Both Jason T. Terry, 33yo of Milford and Lisa E. Rosado, 34yo of Milford, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Felony Conspiracy 2nd Degree. During the search warrants detectives seized 2 grams of crack cocaine and marijuana, along with over $1400 in USC and a vehicle. Terry was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $45,100 cash bond. Rosado was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $5000 secured bond.
