2Burglary 3rd, Assault 3rd, Offensive Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief Under $1000

On August 10,2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 17yo male juvenile of Harrington stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on August 9,2014 in the rear parking lot of Bob Evans Restaurant. The 17yo juvenile was charged with Burglary 3rd, Assault 3rd, Offensive Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief Under $1000. Police state that investigation revealed that the 31yo female victim was involved in a verbal dispute with another individual that was in the company of the 17yo juvenile. During that dispute, the 17yo juvenile became irate and began spitting at the 31yo female victim, striking her. The juvenile then charged at the female victim and punched her. According to police, the juvenile then entered the female victim’s vehicle, retrieved property from her purse and damaged the property. The juvenile then threw the damaged property at the female victim. The incident occurred while a 6yo child was in the female victim’s vehicle. The juvenile fled the scene prior to police arrival on August 9, 2014. The female victim suffered minor injuries to the torso area but refused medical treatment. The 17yo male juvenile was arraigned and was released on $2,900 unsecured bond.
