On August 16, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 36yo Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred on August 7, 2014 in the parking lot of the Milford Plaza. Keith R. Reed was charged with Theft Under $1500. Police state that investigation revealed that Reed approached the 33yo female victim in the parking lot. The female victim agreed to give Reed some money after he asked her for money. When she opened her wallet to retrieve the money Reed grabbed more money directly from her wallet and then fled on foot. Reed was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond.
