Possession With Intent To Deliver Heroin

3Possession with the intent to deliver Heroin (2 counts), Possession with the intent to deliver Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Deadly Weapon During Commission of a Felony, Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On August 27, 2014 the Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division arrested and charged a 19yo Ellendale man stemming from a lengthy investigation. The Milford Police Drugs and Narcotics Division was assisted by Ellendale Police and Probation & Parole. Dominique T. Johnson was charged with Possession with the intent to deliver Heroin (2 counts), Possession with the intent to deliver Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Deadly Weapon During Commission of a Felony, Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. According to police, detectives took Johnson into custody in the 500 block of SE 2nd St. After further investigation, detectives seized 469 bags of Heroin totaling 39.8 grams, 61.2 grams of Marijuana and 2 firearms with ammunition. Johnson was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $81,500 secured bond.
