3Assault 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief Under $1000 (2 counts)

On September 6, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged 25yo Frederica man in connection with an incident that occurred at a residence located in the 300 block of SE 2nd St. Marvin Roach was charged with Assault 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief Under $1000 (2 counts). On the afternoon of September 6,2014 the Milford Police responded to the residence after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. According to police, investigation revealed that Roach responded to the residence and began kicking the door. The 21yo female victim eventually contacted Roach at the door and was struck in the face by Roach. Roach later fled in a vehicle but was apprehended by Milford Police on a nearby street. The female victim sustained minor injuries but refused medical treatment at the time. Roach was arraigned and released on $3000 unsecured bond. (no photo available Roach)
