3Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespassing 2nd degree, Possession of Burglary Tools, Attempted Theft Under $1500 and Criminal Mischief Under $1000.

On September 6, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 28yo Houston man in connection with two incidents occurring at a business in double digit block of N. Walnut St on September 5, 2014 and on September 6, 2014. Brian Mcginnes was charged with Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespassing 2nd degree, Possession of Burglary Tools, Attempted Theft Under $1500 and Criminal Mischief Under $1000. On the morning of 9/5/14 the Milford Police began investigating a burglary that occurred at the business on Septeber 5, 2014. Police state that on the morning of September 6, 2014 an officer was performing a check on the area and discovered that Mcginnes had broken into the business and was inside. Mcginnes was taken into custody without incident. Mcginnes was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $10,300 secured bond. Mcginnes was also wanted out of various local courts.
