Rape 2nd Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment

3On September 8, 2014 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested and charged a 23yo Milford man, stemming from an incident that occurred at Parson Thorne Apartments on September 4, 2014. Robenson Fenelus was charged with Rape 2nd Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree. According to police, detectives discovered that Fenelus sexually assaulted the 18yo female victim while at a residence at the apartment complex. After the sexually assault Fenelus fled on foot. He later turned himself into the Milford Police on 9/8/14. Fenelus was arraigned at JP7 and was released after posting $51,000 secured bond.
