4On September 9, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 27to Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred on 9/6/14 at a residence located in the 400 block of NW Front St. Joel Weche was charged with Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree. Police state that investigation revealed that Weche was an acquaintance of the occupants of the residence. On 9/6/14 Weche entered the residence and refused to leave after being told to do so numerous times. Weche then fled on foot after he discovered that the Milford Police were contacted and was gone prior to Milford Police arrival. Weche was later apprehended on 9/9/14 by Kent Count Probation & Parole and was turned over to the Milford Police. Weche was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond.
