Bayhealth Welcomes John F. Glenn, III, MD

Bayhealth Surgical Associates, Dover is pleased to announce that it has expanded its services with the welcoming of general surgeon John F. Glenn, III, MD. He is currently accepting new patients. The practice is part of the Bayhealth Medical Group, a partnership of highly trained physicians, their clinical staff, and an administrative support team that operates practices throughout central and southern Delaware.

Well respected in the community for delivering high quality care, Dr. Glenn has specialized in the past in thoracic, vascular, and general surgery. His current interests are office based surgery and advanced wound care. He also serves as the medical director of Bayhealth’s Wound Care Center where he coordinates an overall, customized care plan for each patient. He is specialty trained in problem would management and hyperbaric oxygen medicine.

Dr. Glenn earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical School. He completed a surgical internship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center and residencies at Mercy Catholic Medical Center (surgery), Bryn Mawr Hospital (surgery) and Allegheny General Hospital (thoracic surgery). Dr. Glenn most recently served the community at Eden Hill Surgical Group. Bayhealth Surgical Associates, Dover is located at 724 South New Street.
