3Burglary 2nd Degree, Strangulation, Assault 3rd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Malicious Interference with Emergency Communications

On December 16, 2014 a 21yo Milford man was arrested and charged by the Milford Police after turning himself in. Dasmen Fullman was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Strangulation, Assault 3rd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Malicious Interference with Emergency Communications stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on December 14, 2014 at a residence located in the single digit block of Delaware Ave. According to police, investigation revealed that Fullman forced entry into the residence and confronted the 21yo female victim. The two got into a verbal dispute at which time Fullman pushed the 21yo female victim against the wall and began to strangle her. The 21yo female victim already had her phone in her hand and attempted to call the police when Fullman took the phone from her. The female victim was able to break free from Fullman and run to retrieve the 5 month old infant. The female victim then fled the residence on foot with the 5 month old infant seeking help. Fullman fled the scene prior to police arrival. The 21yo female suffered minor injuries to the neck area but did not receive medical treatment. Fullman was arraigned and released on $9,500.00 unsecured bond.
