3Home Improvement Fraud Contract Price $1500 or More

On December 16, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 53yo Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred at a residence located in the 200 block of NE 4th St. Howard L. Harding III was charged with one count of Felony Home Improvement Fraud Contract Price $1500 or More. Police state that investigation revealed that Harding entered into a home construction contract with the victims on May 23, 2014. Harding was to complete work on the victims’ residence within a couple of days after receiving payment from the victims. As of December of 2014 Harding had not completed the construction on the residence after receiving payment several months prior. Harding was arraigned and released on $2,000.00 unsecured bond.
