5Felton Man Arrested for Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon

On December 29th, 2014 at approximately 1:36pm Uniformed Patrol officers with The City of Milford Police responded to a report of a man with a handgun in his possession while seated within a parked vehicle at The Travelers Inn. Upon arrival officers made contact with Jeremiah G. Stevenson of Felton, Delaware. Stevenson, 27 years of age was confronted and police state that while speaking with officers a black in color handgun fell from his waistband. The accused was immediately taken into custody by Uniform Patrol officers. The gun would be seized and was a short time later determined to be a replica 1911 .45. Caliber 6mm BB gun. The accused was presented before a magistrate and released on an unsecured bond pending a future court appearance in The Court of Common Pleas in Dover, Delaware.
